Payment and Discount Policies

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

A non-refundable deposit totaling the cost of your At Home Materials is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due by the first class for all Village students. The remaining balance for those enrolled in Our Time will be split into two equal payments the first of which is due by the first day of class. The second and final payment will be due midway through the semester.

REFUNDS:

Your deposit is non-refundable. Full tuition refunds will be granted prior to the beginning of the semester if we are notified two weeks in advance by e-mail or phone call. Once the semester has begun, a pro-rated tuition refund may be granted for withdrawal after Week 6. Please don't hesitate to contact me regarding this policy in cases of extreme illness.

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts will not be automatically applied to your account. All discounts apply only to the cost of tuition. If you feel your situation fits one of the categories below, please notify me at registration.

SIBLING DISCOUNT- 20%

-to be applied when more than one child in the same family is registered for classes during the same semester

MULTIPLE CLASSES- 10%

-to be applied when the same child is registered for more than one class simultaneously during a semester

VILLAGE SEMESTER- 10%

-to be applied to second quarter when child is registered upfront for the entire semester of Village

NEWBORN- 100%

-available one time only as our welcome gift for the first Village quarter in which your child is enrolled when he or she is 4 months or younger.

SPRING NEWBORNS (born in September, October, November, December)

SUMMER NEWBORNS (born in January, February, March, April)

FALL NEWBORNS (born in May, June, July, August)
